Z Genome Lab does not collect card data here. The client submits a structured request; Admin reviews it, sends a Payoneer Payment Request manually, then activates the plan/license in the HOTFIX backend/Admin flow.

Workflow
1. Client selects subscription/license/pilot.
2. Request is saved in Admin Access Requests.
3. You send Payoneer invoice manually.
4. Admin activates account/invite after payment.
